We grew up with these flavors. They filled our homes, told our stories, and connected generations. But as we traveled, we noticed something missing: the essence of Ethiopian spice, authentic, whole, unaltered, was almost impossible to find. What made it to international shelves often lacked the depth, the character, and the care that define true Ethiopian cooking.

So we decided to change that.
